Day 01- Arrival at Guwahati:

Receive at Guwahati Rly. Station / Airport . Transfer to Hotel. After getting refreshed visit the state Museum, emporium followed by Evening river cruise over river Brahmaputra. Over night at Guwahati.

Day 02-Guwahati – Cherrapunjee:

After Breakfast visit Kamakhya temple one of the most sacred Hindu Pilgrimage and Balaji Mandir - the replica of Tirupati Balaji, and Bhimshankar Jyotir Linga which is believed to be one of the 12 places where Lord Shiva is believed to have appeared as an endless pillar of light. Proceed to Cherrapunjee ( 146 Kms), which is three hours drive and is famed for being the wettest place in the world. Cherrapunjee possesses some exotic water falls and impressive limestone caves. Visit the Nohkalikai falls, being the world’s fourth tallest water fall, Mawsmai falls, Thangkharang Park and Mawsmai cave which is one of the 100 old limestone caves in Meghalaya, over night stay at Cherrapunjee.

Day 03-Cherrapunjee – Shillong:

After Breakfast, visit living root bridge, lunch drive to Shillong. Check in at Resort/Hotel on arrival at Shillong.

Day 04- Shillong-DAY EXCURSION TO MAWLYNONG:

A half day trip to the picture perfect Mawlynong village,the cleanest village in Asia. In the later half day city tour of Shillong. The gorgeous city offers amazing tourist spots: Ward’s Lake ; popular for short garden walks & boating, Botanical Garden; offers plethora of indigenous and exotic plants & rare collection of orchids, Butterfly Museum; a storehouse of finest and rarest species of butterflies and moths, Lady Hydari Park; a Japanese style landscaped park endowed with stretches of roses & exquisite flowers, Elephant Falls; is a mountain stream gorging down two successive falls set in dells of fern covered rocks. Other falls are Bishop and Beadon Falls, Spread Eagle Falls, Sweet Falls, Crinoline Falls to name a few. over night stay at Shillong.

Day 5:Shillong – Guwahati:

After breakfast drive to Guwahati enroute enjoy water sports at Barapani lake. After lunch, drive to Guwahati and check in at hotel.

Day 6: Airport/Rly Station

After breakfast drop at the railway station/ Airport. Tour ends.
